Oz Cruz is an executive operator and strategist who has led cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and operational excellence. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across government, corporate, franchise, and entrepreneurial environments, Oz has developed a proven ability to build systems that drive performance, streamline operations, and scale sustainably.

His foundation in business began with corporate executive training at TSR Wireless, Blockbuster Video, and Viacom, where he learned early lessons about agility, innovation, and the importance of adapting to change. While two of those companies ultimately failed to evolve with their surroundings, the experience became a defining influence on Oz’s leadership philosophy, one centered on flexibility, system efficiency, and continuous improvement.

He later served in upper management with Staples, where he refined his expertise in operational efficiency and multi-location management. As a multi-location franchise owner with The Camp Transformation Center, Oz became the only owner to successfully operate multiple gyms outside of his home state. His ability to lead remote teams and sustain high performance earned him a position on the franchise board, representing and advising other owners across the country.

In his public-sector career, Oz currently serves as a Supervising Investigator within the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, overseeing the Gang Prosecution Unit, Witness Protection Unit, and the Analytics and Intelligence Group (AIG)—a first-of-its-kind division he founded that integrates intelligence, data analytics, and technology to increase efficiency and collaboration within complex investigative operations.

Alongside his government leadership, Oz is the founder of several successful companies, including Harmony Compound, FLX Marketing Ai, Voice Ai Helper, and EmerText, all of which apply system-driven strategies and automation to improve performance and efficiency. In addition to these ventures, Oz has guided and advised other organizations, such as SagTraining.org and Malaghan Consulting Concepts, helping them refine leadership structures, training systems, and data-driven strategies to achieve measurable growth.
